2. Scope of Services Victory Group offers services in digital strategy, content marketing, video marketing, SEO optimization, marketing automation, and KPI analysis. The specific details of each service will be outlined in the contract or service agreement signed by both parties.

3. Responsibilities of Victory Group

  • Service Execution: Victory Group commits to delivering the agreed services with the highest diligence and professionalism.
  • Delivery Timelines: Victory Group will work to meet the delivery timelines specified in the contract. Any delays will be promptly communicated to the client.
  • Service Quality: Victory Group guarantees that all services will be performed to a high standard of quality, using industry best practices.
  • Confidentiality: Victory Group will protect all client confidential information and will not share it with third parties without the client’s consent.

4. Responsibilities of the Client

  • Information and Access: The client agrees to provide all necessary information and access for Victory Group to effectively perform the services.
  • Review and Approval: The client will review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe. Any requests for changes or corrections must be communicated within the agreed timelines.
  • Payments: The client agrees to make payments according to the terms outlined in the contract. Delayed payments may result in service suspension. Activities performed are subject to the agreed payments, and delays in the client’s collaboration will not justify extending the contract duration or postponing the agreed completion date.
  • Cooperation: The client must cooperate with Victory Group, responding to communications and information requests in a timely manner. All activities are subject to creative committees (meetings with the client) that are essential for executing the activities. Failure to attend these meetings may hinder the execution of the related activities, without this being a reason to extend or postpone the contract.

5. Timelines and Deliverables

  • Project Schedule: A detailed schedule will be provided at the start of the project, specifying delivery dates for each service stage.
  • Delays: Any delay by the client in providing information, participating in meetings, or approving deliverables may affect the project timeline. Victory Group will not be responsible for delays caused by the client.
  • Revisions and Adjustments: The client is entitled to request revisions and adjustments within the limits agreed in the contract. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information and not disclose it to third parties without the other party’s prior consent.
  • Intellectual Property: All materials and content created by Victory Group for the client will be the client’s property once full payment is made. Victory Group retains rights over any methodology, process, or technique developed during the project.

7. Dispute and Resolution

  • Negotiation: Any dispute or disagreement related to the services should first be addressed through amicable negotiation between both parties.
  • Arbitration: If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration according to the applicable laws of the service delivery location.

8. Contract Termination

  • By the Client: The client may terminate the contract at any time by providing written notice 30 days in advance. The client will be responsible for paying for services rendered up to the termination date.
  • By Victory Group: Victory Group may terminate the contract if the client fails to meet payment or cooperation obligations. Victory Group will notify the client in writing before taking any termination action.

9. Policy Modifications Victory Group reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client in advance.
